Over the course of his career, Mr. Shah has been associated with some of India's renowned hospitality establishments, gaining extensive exposure to luxury hotel operations, culinary management, guest relations, quality assurance, and large-scale food service administration. His professional experience includes prestigious organizations such as ITC Ashok, New Delhi, leading Marriott properties in Mumbai, hospitality ventures in Surat, luxury resorts in Manali, and celebrated destinations including Sterling Resorts, Mussoorie and Ooty.

A significant milestone in his professional journey was his 17.5-year association with Apollo Hospitals, serving across Bilaspur and Guwahati.
